1. Contact support

Email support@summitninety.com for help with FocusModes. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and the app version shown in Settings so the issue can be reproduced quickly.

2. Compatibility

FocusModes 1.2 is designed for iPhone on iOS 26.4 or later. The current release is iPhone-only and includes the app plus a home-screen stats widget.

3. Notifications and widget

If reminders are not appearing, check that notifications are allowed for FocusModes in iOS Settings. If the widget looks stale, open FocusModes once so the app can refresh its local stats snapshot.

4. Data and privacy

FocusModes stores its history, settings, and custom modes on-device. There is no account system and no product backend. You can clear local history from FocusModes → Settings → Clear Activity History.
