1. Contact support
Email support@summitninety.com for help with FocusModes. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and the app version shown in Settings so the issue can be reproduced quickly.
2. Compatibility
FocusModes 1.0 is designed for iPhone on iOS 17 or later. Live Activities require a supported iPhone surface. Apple may also mirror Live Activity state to compatible Apple Watch surfaces when your devices and operating systems support it.
3. Notifications and Live Activities
If reminders or Live Activities are not appearing, check that notifications are allowed for FocusModes in iOS Settings and that Live Activities are enabled inside the app's Settings screen.
4. Data and privacy
FocusModes stores its history, settings, and custom modes on-device. There is no account system and no product backend. You can clear local history from FocusModes → Settings → Clear Activity History.
