1. Contact support

Email support@summitninety.com for help with FocusModes. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and the app version shown in Settings so the issue can be reproduced quickly.

2. Compatibility

FocusModes is designed for iPhone on iOS 26.4 or later. The current release is iPhone-only and includes the app plus a home-screen stats widget.

4. Data and privacy

FocusModes stores its history, settings, and custom modes on-device. There is no account system and no product backend. You can clear local history from FocusModes → Settings → Clear Activity History.

5. Version 2.0 trial, purchase, and restore

These instructions apply to FocusModes 2.0, including TestFlight. Version 1.2 is free with no in-app purchases. TestFlight purchases do not charge real money or demonstrate ownership of a production purchase. Start the 7-day free trial in the app. It lasts seven elapsed days from the original App Store trial transaction and cannot charge you automatically. The UK full unlock is £9.99 once; your localized price appears before purchase. After expiry you can finish the current focus block and its earned break, and view or clear history. New focus blocks and routine edits require access. Use Settings → FocusModes Access → Restore Purchases on the same Apple Account; restore does not restart a trial. Existing free-version users retain full access. If access cannot be checked, reconnect and restore before purchasing. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. History recovery

In version 2.0, if history could not be read, FocusModes preserves a recovery copy on your device. Use Retry recovery in history or contact support before clearing data. Clear Activity History also removes recovery copies. Restoring an App Store purchase restores access, not session history from another device.
