FocusModes Terms of Use

These terms cover the FocusModes app as distributed by SummitNinety through Apple's App Store.

1. License and scope

FocusModes is provided as an iPhone app distributed through Apple's App Store. Your use of the app is also subject to the App Store terms that apply to software downloaded to your Apple devices.

2. What the app is for

FocusModes is a focus timer with general wellness-style prompts such as eye care and movement reminders. It is intended for ordinary productivity use. It is not medical advice, occupational health advice, or a regulated health service.

3. Local data and permissions

FocusModes stores its history, settings, and custom modes locally on your device. Notifications and Live Activities are optional Apple platform features used to show timer state. No FocusModes account is required and no SummitNinety backend is used for the app.

4. Acceptable use

Use FocusModes lawfully and in line with its intended purpose. Do not attempt to misuse, interfere with, or republish the app or its assets in a way that infringes SummitNinety's rights or Apple's platform rules.

5. Availability and changes

FocusModes may change over time. Features, supported operating system versions, and website documentation may be updated as the product evolves. SummitNinety does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app or every Apple platform surface on every device.
