Website privacy policy
How the SummitNinety website handles privacy
This policy covers the public SummitNinety website itself. It is separate from app-specific policies and is written to match the site's current implementation: a static, trust-first website with no analytics or advertising trackers.
Last updated: 2 March 2026
1. What this policy covers
This page covers the SummitNinety public website at summitninety.com. It applies to browsing the site, reading product and legal pages, and contacting SummitNinety by the published email addresses. It does not replace product-specific privacy policies such as the StudyFlow privacy policy.
2. Basic web requests
Like any website, SummitNinety depends on a hosting platform to deliver pages. That means standard technical request data such as IP address, browser or user-agent details, requested URL, and basic request timing may be processed by the hosting provider so the site can load and remain available.
- This operational request data is used to serve the site, not to build marketing profiles.
- SummitNinety does not run its own behavioural analytics layer on top of these basic web requests.
- If the hosting setup changes materially, this policy should be reviewed before release.
3. Contact and legal enquiries
The website does not currently use database-backed forms. If you contact SummitNinety using a published email address, your message is handled through normal email systems and kept only as long as needed to respond, follow up, or maintain a reasonable business record of the enquiry.
- Emails may include the personal data you choose to send.
- Enquiries are used to answer your question, handle support, or deal with legal or operational follow-up.
- SummitNinety does not sell contact data or use it for ad targeting.
5. Third-party links
The website may link to external services, product platforms, or legal references. Once you leave SummitNinety's site, the privacy practices of that third party apply instead of this policy.
6. Rights and retention
If you email SummitNinety, you can ask about the personal data contained in that correspondence, request correction where appropriate, or ask for deletion unless SummitNinety needs to retain the record for legitimate legal or operational reasons.
- The site itself is designed to minimise data collection.
- Retention is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the enquiry or record involved.
- Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@summitninety.com.
7. Changes and contact
SummitNinety may update this policy as the website changes. If the site adds analytics, forms, embedded third-party tools, or other new data flows, this page should be updated to reflect that before the change is treated as normal production behaviour. Privacy enquiries can be sent to privacy@summitninety.com.
